Where We Ship

Canada and the United States. Every order ships from Windsor, Ontario. Everywhere else: not yet. Soon.

Processing Time

Orders are packed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days. During drops or busy stretches, it can take up to 7 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays.

Pre-order items ship on the timeline shown on the product page.

Delivery Times

We ship with Canada Post. Once your order ships, expect it in:

Ontario: 2 to 5 business days

Quebec and Manitoba: 4 to 7 business days

Rest of Canada: 5 to 10 business days

United States: 6 to 10 business days, tracked the whole way

Delivery times are estimates, not promises. Once your package is with the carrier, we can't control how fast it moves.

Local, anywhere from Windsor out to Leamington? Pick Cart Path Delivery at checkout. It's free on any order and we drop it at your door.

Shipping Rates

Canada: free standard shipping on orders of $100 CAD or more. Under $100, standard shipping starts at $9.90 CAD and is calculated at checkout. Express shipping is also available at checkout.

United States: tracked shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and shown in US dollars.

Prices, Duties and Taxes

Canada: all prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). HST, GST or PST is calculated at checkout based on your province.

United States: all prices are in US dollars (USD) and already include import duties. We pay them before your package crosses the border, so nothing extra shows up at the door. Any sales tax that applies is shown at checkout.

Tracking

You'll get an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Give it 24 to 48 hours to start updating.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, or tracking says delivered and it never showed up, email hello@nineteenthsociety.com within 7 days of delivery. Include photos if it's damaged. We'll work with the carrier, and if it's truly gone, we'll reship your order or refund it.

If tracking hasn't moved in more than 10 business days, email us and we'll investigate.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address before you check out. If a package comes back to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll reach out to arrange reshipping at your cost.

P.O. Boxes

Yes, we ship to P.O. Boxes.
