Canada prices are in CAD. US prices are in USD with duties already included.
Shipping
We ship from Windsor, Ontario, to anywhere in Canada and the United States. Canadian manners, now with a passport.
Founding orders: ship the week of November 3
Canada: 2 to 10 business days after it ships, depending on your province
Free shipping in Canada on orders of $100 CAD or more
Cart Path Delivery: free local drop-off, Windsor out to Leamington
United States: tracked, usually 6 to 10 business days after it ships. Duties are already in the price, so nothing extra shows up at the door
Everywhere else: not yet. Soon.
Local? Cart Path Delivery is free, any order size. Pick it at checkout and we'll drop it at your door within 14 days. No tracking number. Just a knock.
After the founding orders go out, orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships. If you're refreshing the tracking page more than your Instagram feed, we understand.

Returns
We want you to love what you got. If something's off, we'll make it right.
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
Condition: Unused, unwashed, tags attached
Exchanges: Return what doesn't work, reorder what does
Refunds issued to original payment method within 5 to 7 business days
US orders: returns come back as store credit for the full price, since the duties we paid at the border don't come back to us
Return shipping is on you. Email hello@nineteenthsociety.com with your order number to start a return.
Final Sale Items
Drink sleeves and sticker sets are final sale. No returns, no exceptions. They're too good to give back. Any other final sale items will be clearly marked at purchase.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking says delivered but your order never showed up, email us within 7 days at hello@nineteenthsociety.com. We'll work with the carrier to track it down. If it's truly gone, we'll sort it out. We're not the kind of brand that leaves you on read.
The Non-Negotiables
Damaged or defective? Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we replace it. No questions, no guilt trip
League kit and custom orders are non-refundable (we'll confirm everything before we make them)
Founding Drop Orders
The founding drop is a first run, and once it's gone, it's gone. These are first-run products from a brand that didn't exist six months ago. So if yours arrives and it smells faintly of ambition and late nights, that's a feature. Same return policy applies.
