All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Shipping
We ship from Windsor, Ontario. Because even our shipping has Canadian manners.
Canada — Standard shipping: 5–8 business days
United States — Standard shipping: 7–12 business days
Free shipping on Canadian orders over $85 CAD
You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships. If you're refreshing the tracking page more than your Instagram feed — we understand.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Duties and taxes for US orders are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns
We want you to love what you got. If something's off, we'll make it right.
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
Condition: Unused, unwashed, tags attached
Exchanges: Return what doesn't work, reorder what does
Refunds issued to original payment method within 5–7 business days
Return shipping is on you — we accept returns from both Canada and the US. Email hello@nineteenthsociety.com with your order number to start a return.
Final Sale Items
Drink sleeves and sticker sets are final sale — no returns, no exceptions. They're too good to give back. Any other final sale items will be clearly marked at purchase.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking says delivered but your order never showed up, email us within 7 days at hello@nineteenthsociety.com. We'll work with the carrier to track it down. If it's truly gone, we'll sort it out — we're not the kind of brand that leaves you on read.
The Non-Negotiables
Damaged or defective? We replace it. No questions, no guilt trip
League kit and custom orders are non-refundable (we'll confirm everything before we make them)
Founding Drop Orders
The founding drop is limited to 200 orders. These are first-run products from a brand that didn't exist six months ago — so if yours arrives and it smells faintly of ambition and late nights, that's a feature. Same return policy applies.
